The Internet Service Provider which hosts this website maintains a log of visits to the website and collects some data for statistical purposes, including: the user's IP address; the date and time of access to the site; pages accessed and documents downloaded.  Other than this, the website does not log or track your online browsing activities. Cookies are not currently being used.

Any personal information we receive will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided.  The Canberra Chapter will not disclose your personal information with out your consent.  This applies to personal information such as contact details and email addresses.  We do not sell personal information.

There may be links from this website to other websites purely for your convenience.  The Canberra Chapter is not responsible for the online collection practices of other websites; accordingly, users need to satisfy themselves that privacy statements and collection activities are satisfactory.

No attempt will be made to identify anonymous users unless there is a legal requirement to do so, in which case a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Internet Service Provider's log files.
