Oceania CACS2009 will be held at the newly refurbished National Convention Centre, Canberra.

Accommodation has been reserved for delegates at the hotels listed. To receive Conference accommodation rates, bookings must be made via the registration form and not with hotels direct. Please note, your credit card details are required to guarantee your room. These details will then be given to the hotel for guarantee of payment. Please see the Accommodation Alterations and Cancellations section for the booking terms and cancellation policies for each of the hotels.

Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival, or non-arrival, will incur a 100% charge of all room nights booked.

Waldorf Apartments

Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival, or non-arrival, will incur a charge of one night’s tariff.

Rydges Lakeside

Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, or non-arrival, will incur a 100% charge of all room nights booked.

Medina Executive James Court and Mantra on Northbourne Avenue

Cancellations must be received in writing or via fax 48 hours notice prior to arrival, or non-arrival, will incur a charge of one night’s tariff, at the discretion of the hotel.

Hyatt Hotel

Cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of one night’s tariff.
